Hello, welcome to my passion project. My name is Rachel Urban. I love- I’m obsessed with making things; even if it means making something out of nothing. One man’s trash is my next project.

I encourage, and actively work towards, sustainable practices. We reduce our human waste by reusing. Upcycling, finding multipurpose use of a product, creating something new out of something old are all beautiful blends of recycling and reusing which all equate to reducing.

I am a transparent person and I guess now also a transparent business. With active efforts to repurpose, not everything featured is quite that. My made products are primarily me using the resources I already have. I consider these products a reduction of my own hoarding and a utilization of already acquired goods. So in simple terms, it reduces my own consumer consumption. Also credit is given where credit is do. All contributions from other artists and individuals are listed along side their contribution(s). Currently it is only myself making and creating here at SoupSalad.net, but I hope to expand this site for other creators to advertise their own products soon. And my two sisters too- they better hop on this shit soon, because they are (unbiasedly) *Mawh!* Till then, it’s me and lil Ms. *June Bug Bon Jovi.
